Biography

DJ Burnz is devoted to funky grooves in all their forms. His unmatched talent for fusing a variety of different music styles has landed him gigs all across the UK and a fanbase that is rapidly expanding.

Influenced by the roots of funk from the 1970's, he borrows elements from past genres to create an undeniably upbeat blend of funky dance music that defies being categorised as one certain style. Simply put, he plays funky, 'feel good' dance music.
.
His downtempo acid jazz style is perfectly suited to the relaxed lounge and bar environment; but his true talent comes to the fore when playing funky and deep house grooves in a packed club. If the crowd wants something a bit harder, then he progresses onto dirtier tech-house and electro!

Constantly at the forefront of new technology, DJ Burnz utilises the latest in advanced effects and mixing equipment to give his sets that signature sound.
